Water’s Edge at Peppertree Pointe Redefines Waterfront Living
Waterfront living in Fort Myers is redefined, with the highly sought after community of Water’s Edge at Peppertree Pointe. Residents of the community enjoy easy access to such amenities as a marina, a 600-foot fishing pier, and even a small beach.
Set alongside the Caloosahatchee River, the community includes a private marina, making this an ideal location for those searching for a boating lifestyle in this part of Florida. Wet slips and dry storage are both available to homeowners for lease.
The marina at Water’s Edge has a lift system and Gulf access, while there is also a boat launch and some trailer storage available. As well, Water’s Edge offers two heated swimming pools and two tennis courts for its residents to utilize.
