Waterfront living in Fort Myers is redefined, with the highly sought after community of Water’s Edge at Peppertree Pointe. Residents of the community enjoy easy access to such amenities as a marina, a 600-foot fishing pier, and even a small beach.

Set alongside the Caloosahatchee River, the community includes a private marina, making this an ideal location for those searching for a boating lifestyle in this part of Florida. Wet slips and dry storage are both available to homeowners for lease.

The marina at Water’s Edge has a lift system and Gulf access, while there is also a boat launch and some trailer storage available. As well, Water’s Edge offers two heated swimming pools and two tennis courts for its residents to utilize.

Built up starting in the early 1980s, Water’s Edge makes space for nearly 250 homes in seven distinct neighborhoods. Residential options range from mid-rise condos starting at around 1,600 square feet of space to attached villas with up to 2,500 square feet of living space.

There are also some larger homes with up to four-bedrooms, as well as some newer construction single-family homes for buyers to choose from in the community. For those interested in even more space, there are some custom estate homes with up to 4,500 square feet of space, including at least three-bedrooms.

Many of these homes sit close to the water and include their own private swimming pools and gourmet kitchens. The location not only allows for easy water access, but also easy access to countless shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions in Fort Myers.

There are additionally several beaches that are within a short drive of Water’s Edge. Residents of the community belong to a master homeowner’s association, plus each neighborhood within the greater community also has its own homeowner’s association or condo association.
