Verde Debuting at Babcock Ranch

A brand-new neighborhood is debuting at Babcock Ranch, as Pulte Homes officially holds a grand opening for its model homes in the new neighborhood of Verde. This is the newest neighborhood from Pulte to join the greater, Babcock Ranch community.

Pulte has two new model homes opening in Verde this month, both of which have been professionally decorated. During its grand opening, Pulte is showcasing some of its pre-selected, move-in ready home design packages. 

The model homes in Verde illustrate two of Pulte’s collections, including its Classic and its Garden Series. In all, there are nine single and two-story floorplans to consider in Verde, all of which range from two- to five-bedrooms and include up to 3.5-baths. 

Homes in the new neighborhood will feature anywhere from 1,400 to 3,400 square feet of living space, including some style points that put an emphasis on outdoor living and an open design. One of the model homes is called The Heston.

As part of Pulte’s Classic Series, this home includes four-bedrooms and two-baths, with around 1,800 square feet of living space. The home includes a freestanding kitchen island too, as well as a covered lanai and private swimming pool. One of its bedrooms is being showcased as a home office in the model home.

The other model home to officially open this month is The Talon, which is part of Pulte’s Garden Series. This home includes five-bedrooms and around 2,600 square feet of living space. It has some flexibility, including the possibility of a multigenerational suite on the first floor and a second-floor loft.

As part of the larger community’s new Midtown development phase, Verde will eventually bring close to 400 new, single-family homes to Babcock Ranch, spread across more than 100 acres of property. Shared amenities planned for Verde alone include a swimming pool and a covered pool cabana with room for seating.
