Verdana Village Takes Amenities to New Levels

It’s not unusual for Florida communities to be packed with added amenities, but Verdana Village seems to take its amenities to new levels. This master-planned community has plans to include everything from multiple swimming pools and spas to your choice of indoor and outdoor pickleball and tennis courts.

Verdana Village actually has the distinction of being the first gated community in Southwest Florida with indoor tennis, basketball, and pickleball. The outdoor pickleball and tennis courts are already finished.

Plans also call for a fitness center, a movement center, a café, and a pro shop. The community’s massive swimming pool is underway and should be ready sometime in early to mid 2023.

Plans also include bocce courts, and a yoga lawn. As well, pet owners will have the advantage of an off-leash dog park, plus a nearby picnic area and a shaded playground.

The community center in Verdana Village will include a catering kitchen, some gathering rooms, and some space for social activities. Even shopping and everyday conveniences will be made easier in the community, with The Shoppes at Verdana Village.

The plaza will provide access to medical services, banking, beauty services, and dining, all without venturing too far from home. A Publix grocery store is part of the shopping area, plus it also offers some other opportunities for retailers and restaurants.

In all, the community makes space for around 2,400 homes. Buyers often enjoy either preserve or lake views, with homes constructed by Pulte Homes and Lennar. The homes vary in size and style, with possibilities consisting of everything from two- to seven-baths, and around 1,400 square feet to sometimes more than 5,000 square feet of living space.

You’ll find the community of Verdana Village on Corkscrew Road in Estero. The location means living close to some of the area’s best beaches, plus also close to major shopping destinations in this part of Florida.
