Verdana Village: Could be Coming to Estero

Pending approval by county officials, offsite construction could begin in as soon as nine to 12 months. Onsite development would likely begin in about a year and a half.
If all goes as planned, the new community would offer future residents larger homesites with the enjoyment of preserve and nature views. Resort-style amenities are also planned as part of Verdana Village.
The community actually includes plans for an Amenity Campus with a total of three complexes serving up a swimming pool and spa, dining, plus health and fitness options to residents. The developer additionally plans for an extensive focus on the area’s environmental needs.
This would likely include some open space and some restored conservation land. The company has said it plans to spend millions on making environmental improvements to the land and to restoring the flow of stormwater.
Found north of Naples and south of Fort Myers, the ideal location would put future residents within just minutes of the airport, plus fine dining, shopping and top-rated schools. It also sits within a short distance of area golf courses and some of the Gulf’s best beaches for outdoor fun and recreation.
