Models homes are now open in Venetian Pointe, one the newest communities currently under construction in South Fort Myers. Zuckerman Homes just opened up four furnished model homes in the area, giving visitors and prospective buyers a closer look at the possibilities that exist within the new construction development. Zuckerman is building custom estate villas in Venetian Pointe, designed with private entries and spacious interiors. Expect to find villas ranging from around 1,600 to nearly 3,000 square feet in size, with volume ceilings and plentiful extras. Buyers will have the option of a customizable single- or two-story floor plan, priced starting in the high $200,000s. This affords the luxury of a chef-inspired kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a pantry, granite countertops and some homes with a breakfast counter. As well, the homes are appointed with dual walk-in closets in the master plus a spa-inspired bath. As well, each home includes a Florida Room and backyard space, as well as a two-car garage with plenty of room for storage. Meanwhile, homebuilder DR Horton is also supplying a handful of one- and two-story floor plans to Venetian Pointe, with the opportunity for some quick move-in home possibilities. The homes from DR Horton include between 1,600 to around 2,500 square feet of living space, each with two- to three-bedrooms and a two-car garage. About one-third of the entire development of Venetian Pointe is dedicated to lakes and nature preserves, while the community also features lush landscaping and a number of added amenities. From the future addition of the Venetian Club, earmarked for a fitness center and resort-style swimming pool, to winding paths, the community is also complimented by a maintenance-free lifestyle. The new Venetian Pointe development is just minutes from the beach and dozens of area golf courses, plus also close to upscale dining and shopping in the region.
