Tucker’s Cove at Babcock Ranch Marks New Water Park-Inspired Community

A lot of master-planned communities include swimming pools, but Tucker’s Cove at Babcock Ranch takes it to an entirely new level. This new community from Lennar is described as a truly one-of-a-kind, water park-inspired community.

When finished, Tucker’s Cove will elevate the outdoor experience with a lazy river, a luau beach, and a water slide. Plans also call for residents to be able to enjoy food and drinks at the nearby, and appropriately themed, Shipwreck Tavern.

In addition, residents of this new, gated community will have access to a playground, picnic area, and dog park, along with a fitness center and aerobics studio, a sport court, basketball, tennis, and pickleball. This is all in addition to bocce ball, volleyball, and more.

As for some of the available home styles in Tucker’s Cove, buyers can choose from estate homes, manor homes, executive homes, villas, or townhomes. This means anywhere from a cozy two-or three-bedroom residence with two-baths and around 1,400 to 1,500 square feet of living space, or even a much larger residence with up to six-bedrooms, four-baths, and well upwards of 3,500 square feet of living space.

Some of the two-story townhomes in Tucker’s Cove include a breakfast nook and a screened-in lanai, while some of the villas offer the flexibility of a study, den, or media room. As for some of the largest floorplans, you may find examples of Lennar’s Next Gen floorplans for sale, which feature an additional and more private bedroom suite with a kitchenette, as well as an extra garage, and even sometimes a loft on the second level.

Noted as the nation’s first solar powered town, living in Babcock Ranch also means the advantage of nearby retailers and conveniences, as well as neighborhood schools, parks, and nature trails. You will also find some community gardens, and plenty of other spectacular amenities, including those planned for the new community of Tucker’s Cove.
