Townwalk Brings Town Homes to Babcock Ranch

Buyers in Babcock Ranch now have the option of townhomes, thanks to the addition of another new community. As the first townhome neighborhood to join the innovative, master-planned community of Babcock Ranch, Townwalk offers your choice of floorplans with three- to four-bedrooms and up to three-baths.

Under construction by Park Square Homes, the new Townwalk community includes townhomes generally ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet of living space, in eight different layouts. The smallest available floorplan at Townwalk is a center townhome with three-bedrooms and two-baths. This two-level townhome includes a patio and a one-car garage.

Some of the larger floorplans at Townwalk include a bonus area, a loft, or an optional extra bedroom on the second level, and some include the convenience of a two-car garage. There are also some floorplans that provide the option of a den on the ground level in place of a dining room.

Some of the floorplans at Townwalk replace the patio with a courtyard. The largest available floorplan has a loft on the second level and one of its three bedrooms is situated on the ground level.

Depending on the floorplan you choose, you may either have the garage on the front side of your townhome, or on the back side. Each building at Townwalk features up to six attached townhomes overlooking park or sometimes lake views.

Buyers of the new townhomes can expect to find such high-end upgrades with some of the floorplans as a kitchen island, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. In all, there are nearly 250 townhomes planned for the community, which sits within walking distance of Founder’s Square. 

There are parks on either side of the neighborhood, making it easy to access open green space or walking trails. The new community is also a short distance from area schools and other amenities in Babcock Ranch.
