The selling price was $1.637.5M / $302 SF. Congratulations to selling Realtor Ray Martyniuk of Premiere Plus Realty for closing the most expensive residential property in March 2010. Honorable mention for 2nd most expensive Lee County home sold in March was a single-family home located in the Shadow Wood at the Brooks Community at 9154 Willow Walk in Bonita Springs.
