The most expensive home to sell in Lee County, Florida during March 2011 was a Bonita Springs single-family estate home located within the Hidden Harbour neighborhood of Bonita Bay. This 7,561 SF home is located at 27441 Harbor Cove Court, Bonita Springs, FL and features 4 BR / 6 BA. The selling price was $2.9M / 384 SF, which was 91% of the asking price.

Honorable mention for 2nd most expensive Lee County residential property sold in March 2011 was a Fort Myers single-family waterfront home located within the Sorrento neighborhood of Miromar Lakes. This 6,139 SF home located at 11720 Via Sorrento Court, Fort Myers, FL features 4 BR / 7 BA. This home was on the market for 606 days. The selling price was $2.6M/ $424 SF, which was 87% of the asking price.
