Tide Marsh Now Selling in Fort Myers
New construction homes are now selling in one of newest neighborhoods to come to Fort Myers. Neal Communities is now taking appointments for pre-sales in its Tide Marsh neighborhood, where plans call for dozens of new homes to soon go up.
Home designs in the neighborhood typically range from around 1,500 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet of living space, with three- to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths. The homes of Tide Marsh also come with either a two- or three-car garage for convenience.
Buyers can choose from two different home collections in Tide Marsh. The first is the Cruise Series, where homes are priced starting from the $500,000s. Buyers can choose from either a single-story or a two-story floorplan.
Neal Communities is also offering homes as part of its Celebration Series. These are some of the larger homes offered in the community, with many of them priced starting in the $600,000s or even the $800,000s, depending on the floorplan you choose.
Some of the new homes are already under construction, including single- and two-story floorplans, with up to four-bedrooms and up to two-baths. Many of the homes of Tide Marsh come with lanais, while some also come with the option for an outdoor kitchen.
There are additionally some other options new buyers can choose from when contracting for one of the new construction homes of Tide Marsh. For outdoor fun and recreation, Estero Bay Preserve State Park sits a short distance away from the new neighborhood.
The park is a good place to go hiking, to spot wildlife and for birding. The new neighborhood also sits close to area shops, restaurants, golf, and grocery stores.
Tide Marsh is only about a 20-minute drive to the closest beach. As a bonus, there is no CDD in the community.
