Tide Marsh is Fort Myers’ Latest Community

Construction is now underway on one of the latest communities to come to Fort Myers. The new Tide Marsh community is a small neighborhood of one- and two-story floorplans from Neal Communities.

Crews recently broke ground on the new community, brining even more new options to potential homebuyers considering making a move to the region. Eventually making room for 63 new homes, the gated community offers floorplans typically ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet of living space.

The homes are part of the homebuilder’s Cruise and Celebration series. Two model homes are offered, with one from each series. 

Priced starting from the high $3000,000s, the homes of Tide Marsh are expected to be appealing to a variety of buyers, including families, retirees and empty nesters searching for a new property in the area. As a bonus, there are no CDD fees in Tide Marsh.

A grand opening for the new community of Tide Marsh is slated for later this spring. In the meantime, Neal Communities is inviting prospective buyers to contact them about more information concerning the new community and its home designs. 

Found simply a short drive from area beaches, Tide Marsh also sits close to Estero Bay Preserve State Park for outdoor fun and recreation. You’ll find the new Tide Marsh community off Winkler Road in Fort Myers.

The community sits to the west of US 41 and I-75., making it easy to reach the many sites and attractions of Downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach, including area restaurants and retailers. Tide Marsh is located across the the street from its sister community of Coastal Key, which is already sold out.
