The Views are the Story at Waterside at Bay Beach

Overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, it seems the views are the real story at Waterside at Bay Beach. The complex is part of Grandview at Bay Beach, which is perfectly positioned on the southern end of Estero Island.

Consisting of eight high-rise towers, the latest tower is Grandview at Bay Beach, which offers nearly 60 luxury residences. While Grandview is the newest high-rise, some of the older buildings that make up Waterside were constructed between the late 1990s to the early 2000s.

Inside, expect to find floor-to-ceiling windows for admiring the views, as well as gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and spa-like baths. One of the final remaining units of Grandview at Bay Beach for sale includes three-bedrooms and 3.5-baths. This unit offers more than 2,900 square feet of living space.

There are also some more established residences currently on the market in Waterside, including one with three-bedrooms and three-baths. This unit has around 1,800 square feet of living space and offers some sweeping Estero Bay views from the seventh floor.

A three-bedroom, two-bath unit in the same tower features around 1,600 square feet of living space. This unit has been recently updated with quartz countertops and other upgrades.

In terms of shared, resort-style amenities, Waterside offers heated swimming pools and saunas, picnic areas, grilling space, and tennis. A nearby marina supplies dozens of deep-water boat slips for sale or rent.

A private, deeded path leads residents directly to the beach and Gulf waters. You’ll also find nearby walking trails and a private fishing pier available.

A beach trolley leads from the southern end of the island to the shops and restaurants of Main Street and Times Square. The location also means being close to the many outdoor recreational options of nearby Lovers Key State Park.
