The Meadows Combines Mediterranean Flair with Lots of Space
For Mediterranean flair architecture and lots of space, it’s time to consider the Meadows of Estero. This gated, coach home community sits off Corkscrew Road and US-41 in Estero.
Developed and built by Shelby Homes, Meadows of Estero features a desirable collection of coach homes constructed with views of nearby lakes and preserves. While the Mediterranean-style architecture is part of the appeal of living in this community, the homes are just as inviting on the inside.
Most homes currently on the market in the community tend to have around 1,900 square feet of living space, with usually two- to three-bedrooms and three-baths. A first-floor setup includes a two-car garage, as well as a large lanai which tacks on even more space.
There are some coach homes that offer a bit more space than that in the community, as well, depending on your lifestyle needs. Spread out across 50-acres, buyers have around 260 luxury coach homes to choose from, but it’s not often they come on the market.
In terms of some of the community’s shared amenities, Meadows of Estero offers a large clubhouse, which was also built with Mediterranean style points. Inside, you’ll find a media center, a multi-purpose room, a catering kitchen, billiards and card rooms, as well as some fitness space with weekly classes.
Other amenities include the community’s lagoon-style swimming pool and spa. The Meadows of Estero sits within about a five-minute drive of major shopping destinations, plus it’s also close to the campus of Florida Gulf Coast University and the airport.
In addition, you’re never too far from the sand and water, as several beaches are within a 15 or even 20-minute drive of the community. As well, you’ll find nearby sporting venues, restaurants, shops, and more, all a short distance away from Meadows of Estero.
