The Lake is the Center of Sunset Pointe

If you’re interested in a lakefront lifestyle, you’ll find it at Cape Coral’s Sunset Pointe. The 3.5-acre lake with a fountain in the middle of it is the centerpiece of the small neighborhood, and likely a favorite amenity of homeowners.

While those living in Sunset Pointe have the advantage of peaceful lake views from the privacy of their own homes, they also have landscaping and lawn care taken care of in the gated community. Found in Southwest Cape Coral, the newer construction development was built starting less than a decade ago.

In all, there are close to 60 single-family homes in Sunset Pointe today, and homes only come on the market now as resale properties. At the time of construction, there were seven different home models for buyers to consider, typically ranging from around 1,900 square feet to upwards of 3,800 square feet of living space.

Some of the homes in Sunset Pointe are single-story homes, while others are two-story designs. The majority of homes in the neighborhood come with granite kitchen countertops and a mix of carpeting and ceramic tile flooring.

The homes of Sunset Pointe were sold with plenty of upgrades that came as standard features. While it’s likely to find a home with a paver drive, a three-car garage, and a tile roof, you may find a screened-in lanai, too.

Some homes even have their own private swimming pool. In addition, it’s likely to find a home with high ceilings and possibly a split floor plan for added privacy. At the time of construction, the homes were coveted not only for a prime location but also the neighborhood’s low monthly fees and its gated entry.

You’ll find the community of Sunset Pointe off Cape Coral Parkway. The location positions residents close to golf, dining, shopping, and watersports.
