Although it may not be as well-known as some other waterfront communities, for some homeowners in Hendry Creek that’s probably a big part of its appeal. Not only does the neighborhood offer some desirable homes but also a number of desirable on-site amenities and a convenient, waterfront location.

Home to around 65 single-family homes, Hendry Creek is a deed-restricted community with lovely homes and lush landscaping. An actual creek of the same name, plus two community lakes help add to the appeal of Hendry Creek with abundant water views from many of the homes.

The neighborhood additionally features such shared amenities as a community boat dock with Gulf access. Boaters only have to take a short ride from the homes of Hendry Creek to reach such desirable destinations as nearby Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park, or Sanibel and Captiva islands.
