TerraWalk Debuts in Babcock Ranch

A brand-new community of homes is coming to Babcock Ranch, with plans to eventually include 1,000 new homes and an eight-acre amenity campus. The TerraWalk community just debuted as the latest addition to the innovative, master-planned community.

Buyers in TerraWalk will be able to choose from three different collections of twin villas or single-family homes in a one or two-story design. The new homes will incorporate smart home technology features into their construction.

The location of the new gated community also means your choice of preserve or water view homesites. The DiVosta-branded community of TerraWalk should open sometime later this fall, as should the first home sales.  The first model homes will break ground this spring. 

As construction progresses, the community will eventually incorporate some internal walking trails, as well as a number of resort-like amenities. This includes a clubhouse with an exercise studio, fitness center, some lockers rooms, a catering kitchen, a community room, and a social lounge.

The community will also include its own swimming pool and spa, pickleball, bocce ball and tennis courts, plus a fire pit lounge. Other expected additions include a dog park, some lounge space, and an outdoor bar and grill.

Living in TerraWalk also means the opportunity to experience the added conveniences of a Babcock Ranch lifestyle. TerraWalk is being constructed just adjacent from the Babcock Ranch Preserve.

Noted as the nation’s first solar powered town, Babcock Ranch offers Founder’s Square, which is the community’s central gathering space. You’ll find a neighborhood market and ice cream shop, plus dining options, co-working space, a band shell, catch and release fishing, and a nearby healthy life center.  

The greater community will also someday include more than 50 miles of trails for walking, biking, or running. This is the fifth Pulte neighborhood to come to Babcock Ranch.
