New construction options in Cape Coral are ready for new residents, with a number of quick move-in homes currently available in Sunset Pointe. In all, this gated new community provides space for close to 60 single-family homes in Southwest Cape Coral. Constructed by DR Horton, the available home designs all include the option of up to three-bedrooms and some offer up to three-baths. Ranging from around 1,800 square feet of living space to more than 2,300 square feet of living space, the quick move-in homes of Sunset Pointe all come in one-story designs. New buyers can expect to find open floor plans with high ceilings and more modern accents. In addition, the homes of this community also provide tile roofs and paver drives. The residences of Sunset Pointe also include some private lanais for outdoor living and entertaining space. Priced starting in the low $300,000s, some of the quick move-in homes are currently priced in the mid $300,000s. The small community of Sunset Pointe offers several different floor plans for new construction, though, including some in single- and some in a two-story design. The homes often include three- to five-bedrooms, up to 3.5-baths and up to a three-car garage. Some of the largest floor plans in the community from DR Horton supply around 3,000 square feet of living space. Lawn care and landscaping is included with the properties of this community. The gated development sits around a peaceful lake too, and homebuyers enjoy relatively low neighborhood fees. Found at the end of Cape Coral Parkway, near Sands Boulevard, the convenient Sunset Pointe location makes it easy to enjoy area entertainment options as well as local restaurants. In addition, the setting makes it simple to take part in various options in outdoor recreation, from golfing and fishing to shelling, kayaking, boating or simply enjoying lounging in the sand and sun of some of the area’s best beaches.
