Solis Grande Coming to Bonita Springs
A new townhome community is headed to Bonita Springs, and this one is expected to bring more than just new construction options to the area. Solis Grande will eventually make room for 118 new townhomes, all within a gated community.
Designed by Pulte Homes, the new townhomes of Solis Grande will offer buyers the advantage of Smart Home technology, as well as some energy-efficient design features. It’s expected the new townhomes will range from around 1,600 to 1,800 square feet in size and include three-bedrooms.
Buyers can also expect either a one- or two-car garage, as well as a backyard with a private patio. It’s just the latest example of a new development catering to the needs of prospective buyers who want more space and to own their own home, but also want the ease of a lower-maintenance lifestyle.
The location means living less than a mile from the closest grocery store, as well as simply a short drive from Coconut Point Mall, Downtown Bonita Springs, area parks, the zoo, and some of the region’s best beaches. You’ll find the location of the future Solis Grande community at the corner of Bonita Grande Drive and Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.
This also means living close to Worthington Country Club and less than a mile from I-75, within the Bonita Beach Road Corridor of Bonita Springs. Pulte recently purchased 11-acres of land on the northeast corner of the intersection, with plans to begin construction sometime later this year, and possibly begin home sales next spring.
Reports suggest the new townhomes will likely be priced in the mid $400,000s, although the price point is still listed as “coming soon” on Pulte’s website. The new community has the advantage of no CDD. Buying in the new community also means purchasing a new townhome with a 10-year, limited structural new home warranty.
