Seaglass Nears Sellout

The new Seaglass high-rise at Bonita Bay is approaching a sellout. Only eight units remain available in the building above its sixth floor.

In 2019 alone, the developer claimed to have processed sales contracts totaling around $36 million. Since the beginning of this year Ronto Group reports its processed another $7 million in sales contracts, bringing the total to nearly $190 million.

The existing units for sale in Seaglass are priced starting at around $1.7 million, with some of the most expensive units priced above $2 million. Of those remaining units, some are furnished and move-in ready.

The open floor plans range from around 2,800 to 3,400 square feet of living space. The residences also offer generous outdoor living space, including extended terraces with room for sitting and a gas grill.

Owners of the tower residences enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf and Estero Bay. Residents also enjoy private elevator foyers and island kitchens.

Along with three-bedroom floor plans, Seaglass also offers some three-bedrooms plus a den and four-bedroom plans. Future residents can also expect to find high ceilings, two under-building parking spaces, and the option of a private enclosed garage.

Residents of Seaglass are treated to a number of amenities, including guest suites, a fitness center and a billiard room. Other options include the theater room, club room and card room.

Outdoor amenities, meanwhile, range from the heated swimming pool and whirlpool to the large pool bar. Seaglass residents additionally enjoy the membership opportunities of Bonita Bay Club.

The club offers access to 18 tennis courts and a total of five championship golf courses, with locations at Bonita Bay and at nearby Bonita Bay Naples. In addition, the newly renovated clubhouse offers the option of casual or formal dining. The on-site Bonita Bay Marina provides wet slips and dry boat storage.
