Sawgrass at Coral Lakes Taking Shape

The new Sawgrass at Coral Lakes community continues to take shape, with several units currently on the market right now for prospective buyers to consider. The new townhome development features more than 200 new residences, with floorplans typically including three-bedrooms and 2.5-baths.

The townhomes also include up to a two-car garage and provide for at least 1,600 square feet of living space, although some of the largest floorplans feature around 1,800 square feet of space. You may find such desirable features and finishes inside as quartz countertops, walk-in closets, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.
