Sandoval Home Sites Acquired by Taylor Morrison

The remaining 577 home sites in Phase Three of Cape Coral's Sandoval community have been acquired from Bonita Bay Group by Arizona-based builder Taylor Morrison.  Taylor Morrison along with Pulte Homes and D R Horton have already been building within the Sandoval community. New homes in Phase Three of Sandoval are expected to be available for purchase in 2013.  Currently, there are both new construction and resale options available at Sandoval starting in the mid $100,000s.  Here is a resource to view active Sandoval real estate listings.
