River Towers Offers Great Value Along Caloosahatchee River

If fantastic river views sound appealing, River Towers also offers the allure of great value, right alongside the Caloosahatchee River in Cape Coral. There’s no doubt this 55+, active adult community has a prime address, but it also comes at a more affordable price point than some others, especially in terms of communities that are right on the river’s edge.

This sometimes means enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the shared space at River Towers, or from the private, screened-in lanais attached to the individual units. While the condos are priced well, so is the monthly HOA fee, which helps fund maintenance and other community needs.

Despite its relative affordability, River Towers no doubt capitalizes on both its impressive views, as well as a long list of shared amenities. In addition to the upscale views, River Towers offers its residents access to an Olympic-size swimming pool along the river, community rooms, a library, and billiards.

In addition, there’s a fishing pier and you’ll find some dock space at River Towers, too, plus most of the units come with assigned parking. Constructed in the mid 1970s, the established, high-rise property includes around 100 private condos, spread across two, eight-story buildings.

Buyers at River Towers are typically rewarded with a two-bedroom, two-bath floorplan with around 1,000 square feet of living space. Some of the units recently listed on the market have been remodeled in more recent years, including updates to the kitchens and baths.

Located in Southeast Cape Coral, you’ll find River Towers off Beach Parkway and close to Jaycee Park. The property is within walking distance of bike paths and Riverfront Park, plus it’s also close to major retailers and not far from local golf courses, either. Living in Cape Coral also means living close to all the delights of nearby Fort Myers, too.
