Ritz-Carlton Residences Estero Bay Now 50% Sold

Elegant condos are going fast at the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Estero Bay, where more than 50-percent of future units are already sold. That’s reportedly a record sales pace for Bonita Springs, even though construction hasn’t even begun yet on the property.

Crews are expected to break ground on the new towers later this summer, with construction on the two main towers kicking off soon after. When finished, the two, 22-story towers will house more than 200 new upscale residences on the waterfront.

The units start at around 2,600 square feet of living space, but some of the largest ones easily surpass 3,800 square feet of space. Buyers can choose from six different floorplans of either a two-, three-, or four-bedroom layout with a den.

Several Ritz-Carlton residences recently listed on the market are all priced in the multi-million-dollar range. The new residences come with private elevator entry and unobstructed bay views.

Buyers can expect to find large private balconies, as well as a private storage unit. Options exist for buyers to choose from three different finish packages.

Owners are also rewarded with amenities ranging from a Wellness Center with yoga, fitness, and Pilates, to locker rooms and private training. As well, there will also be a private dining room, a card room, a catering kitchen, a café, and a wine and whisky room.

Three swimming pools with private cabanas available for purchase will join bocce courts, grilling stations, and fire pits. As well, there will also be a community trail system, as well as a dog park and some pet grooming available.

As part of the reimagined Saltleaf on Estero Bay, the master-planned community plans to connect its residents to hundreds of acres of nature preserve. Work on the new Saltleaf Marina is already underway, and the Saltleaf Golf Preserve opens to players later this year.
