Pulte Offering 12 Models at WildBlue

One of Estero’s newest communities offers up a large variety of options for new residents. Pulte presents 12 different models for buyers to choose from in the new WildBlue community.

This master-planned community provides hundreds of home sites, two lakes and natural wooded preserves. In addition, the surrounding area supplies residents with plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. From nearby biking and hiking to kayaking and paddle boarding, you’ll find countless options living in WildBlue.

Buyers, meanwhile, have their choice of single-family home designs, generally priced from the mid $300,000s to some larger homes topping $1 million. The residences come in both single and two-story designs.

This commonly affords such desirable features as gourmet kitchens and open floor plans, along with some private outdoor living space. In particular, Pulte’s smallest floor plan starts at around 1,600 square feet of living space. With at least two-bedrooms, the home also comes complete with flex space and a two-car garage.

Other options starting at under $400,000 also include at least two-bedrooms and up to 1,900 square feet of living space. The $400,000 price range opens up possibilities including at least three-bedrooms and up to 2,900 square feet of living space.

Starting in the $500,000 price range, Pulte delivers several more home designs, some of which include at least four-bedrooms. The largest floor plans available in WildBlue from Pulte command upwards of 3,900 square feet of living space in a two-story design. Possible additions include an optional media room, flex space, open kitchens and covered lanais.

There are additionally currently some quick move-in homes available for new buyers from Pulte, including some homes expected to be finished this spring. These particular homes offer more than 2,000 square feet of living space and three-bedrooms.

Pulte is one of a handful of homebuilders constructing in WildBlue. WCI, Lennar and Stock Development are also building in the area.
