Two major homebuilders are now constructing townhomes within the new community of Hammock Cove. This gated, Fort Myers development is part of the greater, master-planned Gateway community, eventually set to house upwards of 130 townhomes when complete. As well, the designs from DR Horton include private lanais off the main living space of each home. There are some quick move-in townhomes currently available from DR Horton within the community of Hammock Cove at Gateway. Residents of Hammock Cove are treated to lake and golf course views, with the addition of a community swimming pool and cabanas.
