Two major homebuilders are now constructing townhomes within the new community of Hammock Cove. This gated, Fort Myers development is part of the greater, master-planned Gateway community, eventually set to house upwards of 130 townhomes when complete. Both Pulte and DR Horton are building within Hammock Cove, giving new residents plenty of options to choose from in townhome designs. Choices from Pulte include two separate designs of three-bedrooms and 2.5-baths. The townhomes also provide space for a two-car garage. Priced starting from the mid $200,000s, the Pulte built townhomes are two-stories, with more than 1,800 square feet of living space. The residences feature an island kitchen, a large owner’s suite and an open floor plan. Meanwhile, DR Horton is also providing three different options in floor plans within Hammock Cove. These townhomes range from around 1,500 to upwards of 1,900 square fee of living space, priced starting from the low to mid $200,000s. The townhomes from DR Horton also include two-bedrooms and 2.5-baths in two-story floor plans. The homes additionally come complete with a two-car garage. As well, the designs from DR Horton include private lanais off the main living space of each home. There are some quick move-in townhomes currently available from DR Horton within the community of Hammock Cove at Gateway. Residents of Hammock Cove are treated to lake and golf course views, with the addition of a community swimming pool and cabanas. As well, residents also have access to a dog park, soccer complex, a playground and miles upon miles of trails for walking, biking and added outdoor recreation.
