With an outstanding selection of 15 different floor plans to choose from, model home construction is underway within The Place at Corkscrew. When complete, the area will be home to 1,300 single-family homes in Estero. This gated, new construction community provides single and two-story floor plans, with a variety of unique designs. From two- to six-bedrooms and containing at least two-baths, all of the available designs additionally include a two- to three-car garage. Starting at 1,600 square feet, there are also more spacious plans including in excess of 4,200 square feet of living space. Priced starting in the mid to high $200,000s, some of the larger floor plans are priced starting in the high $400,000s. Some common features of the homes include open floor plans, some with an upstairs loft and large game room, while other homes invite gracious outdoor living space, with a covered lanai. The first Pulte model home within The Place at Corkscrew is a single-story design, including three-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and a private owner’s retreat. The neighborhood itself will provide residents with a two-story fitness building, a resort-style swimming pool and a kids splash pad plus access to bocce ball courts, pickleball and tennis. In addition, the community will include a dog park and basketball courts. There will also be a marketplace and restaurant and access to a sand beach with room for sand volleyball. Additionally, more than 700 acres of The Place at Corkscrew is earmarked for the conservation of wetlands, waterways and natural habitats, located just off Corkscrew Road. For even more options in outdoor recreation, the development is going up just across the street from the popular Old Corkscrew Golf Course. Also close to the shops of Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets, The Place at Corkscrew remains convenient for visiting local beaches and for commuting around the entire region of Southwest Florida.
