Pelican Landing Upgrades Clubhouse

The multi-million-dollar renovation of Pelican Landing’s clubhouse is now complete. Crews recently finished a $9 million renovation and expansion project aimed at improving Pelican’s Nest Golf Club at Pelican Landing.

The completion of the project comes as the golf club celebrates its 35^th season. Crews added a number of new amenities and completely refurbished some of the club’s existing facilities.

The project, which originally began in summer of 2019, is the first time the clubhouse has seen a major renovation since opening decades ago. Proponents hope the improvements will help better the club for its current and even prospective new members in the future.

One major addition to the clubhouse is a newly expanded and elevated outdoor dining area. Crews also improved the club’s kitchen, card rooms and private meeting rooms.

In addition, they enhanced the club’s technology by adding Wi-Fi throughout the building, some large flat-screen televisions and more. Along with indoor and outdoor dining options, the clubhouse hosts a number of social clubs and other offerings.

Pelican’s Nest Golf Club is also home to two, Audubon-certified 18-hole golf courses, both of which were recently reconstructed themselves. Other options in Pelican Landing include a tennis center with Har-Tru courts, a full fitness center, bocce courts and pickleball courts.
