Parkway Preserve Debuts New Luxury Villas in Fort Myers

Parkway Preserve marks the debut of a new luxury villa community in Fort Myers. Made up of single and two-story villas, Parkway Preserve provides options for year-round residents and seasonal residents, alike.

Each of the villas of Parkway Preserve comes with three-bedrooms, at least 2.5-baths, and either a single or two-car garage for convenience. The single-story villas start at around 1,500 square feet of living space, but there are also some with 1,700 square feet of space. Both of these smaller floorplans include a one-car garage.

There are two more two-story floorplans available in Parkway Preserve. Starting at around 2,000 square feet, the largest plan has around 2,200 square feet of space. Both of them come with a two-car garage. One has a loft, while the other has an extra bath.

Buyers can expect to find such desirable features and finishes as open floorplans with flexibility. You’ll likely find some walk-in closets and upgrades such as stainless-steel appliances. You will also find a covered patio for enjoying some private outdoor space.

Some of the villas of Parkway Preserve are under construction right now, while other plans are available to build. The first phase of development is expected to be delivered sometime in the third quarter of 2023.

Surrounded by Flag Pond Preserve, the new community also includes a large lake. As for some of its shared amenities, you’ll find a community clubhouse with a spa, fitness center, heated swimming pool and social lounge.

The community is under development by SobelCo, which has been building homes for more than six decades. Located close to Gateway, Parkway Preserve is found just off Daniels Parkway.

The development sits within a short distance of Downtown Fort Myers, area shops, retailers, and golf courses. As well, the new community is also close to area beaches, Florida Gulf Coast University, and the airport.
