Palmetto Landing Debuts at Babcock Ranch

A new community of single-family homes and twin villas is now selling at Babcock Ranch. The debut of the new Palmetto Landing neighborhood means even more options for buyers searching for a new place to call home in this part of Florida.

The brand-new community offers your choice of home designs from DR Horton, plus there are currently a handful of available homes to choose from, as well. When finished, the entire gated community will include close to 500 new homes and villas.

A twin villa at Palmetto Landing offers two-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage. The one-story villa includes around 1,500 square feet of living space, with sliding glass doors leading from the living room to a covered lanai. A den can be used to create another living area or a home office.

Floorplans extend to include a one-story home in Palmetto Landing with three-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage. The smallest of the single-family homes, this layout includes around 1,600 square feet of living space. The home offers a large island in the kitchen, plus a living room and dining room overlooking a covered lanai.

Another single-story option from DR Horton is slightly larger with four-bedrooms and two-baths. It offers around 1,800 square feet of living space.

The largest single-family home, meanwhile, is a two-story home with five-bedrooms and three-baths. This home includes 2,600 square feet of living space with a flex room that can be turned into a formal dining room, den, or home office. The primary suite is on the second level of the home, as well as the laundry room.

The homes of Palmetto Landing include crown molding, stainless-steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The neighborhood is surrounded by a conservation area and two freshwater lakes. There are plans for a neighborhood swimming pool and splashpad, as well as a bocce court.
