Our Favorite Treeline Corridor Developments

Treeline Avenue in Fort Myers near I-75 and Daniels Parkway is home to several developments, but today we focus on three of our favorites: The Plantation, Pelican Preserve and Botanica Lakes.

The Plantation

One of the most sought-after elite and lovely golfing communities in the Treeline Corridor is The Plantation. The master-planned community was originally planned by Centex but currently developed by Pulte Homes. Buyers have a choice of a golfing community (Somerset) or non-golfing community (Bridgetown) at Plantation. These neighborhoods offer carriage homes and single-family homes, totaling 1,100 homes.

You can enjoy Florida sunshine and a relaxing lifestyle without ever leaving the community. Plantation prides itself with one of the best golf courses in Fort Myers, an 18-hole championship golf course. Pelican Preserve

Pelican Preserve is a 55+ amenity-rich community surrounded by nature preserves and lakes. Botanica Lakes
