Conveniently located in between Fort Myers and Naples, Estero is a fantastic place to live, close to area beaches, restaurants, shops and outdoor recreation. Some of our favorite Estero neighborhoods make it easy to indulge in a variety of nearby activities and on-site amenities.
Large estate homes are the norm in Belle Lago. This gated community offers access to neighboring Estero Country Club and Golf Course. The single-family homes of Belle Lago are joined by walking trails, plus such amenities as a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming and more.
Copperleaf at The Brooks
Part of the master-planned Brooks development, Copperleaf is a golf course community with more than 500 single-family homes and coach homes. Along with golf, added amenities include on-site dining, tennis, bocce ball and swimming. Residents additionally have the option of joining The Commons Club at The Brooks for its fitness center and private beach club.
For a gated community with a family-friendly vibe, consider Bella Terra. With thousands of residences to choose from, buyers can find both multi-family homes and single-family homes in Bella Terra. The community offers a clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, plus sand volleyball, basketball and a resort-style swimming pool.
Low HOA fees make Colonial Oaks an appealing option for single-family homes. This smaller community only has around 90 homes, but it offers such desirable amenities as a playground, a half basketball court, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
