As the Paseo gated community nears a sell out, homebuilder Stock Development is offering a free swimming pool with the purchase of a single-family home or twin villa at Esperanza. As the 9-time Community of The Year award winner, Paseo is the most popular community in South Fort Myers. Fewer than 70 premium homes remain for sale as of last week. Stock Development reports all construction of homes to be completed this year. Paseo is close to beaches, shopping, SW Florida Regional Airport and attractions.
