Omega Penthouses Now Selling

Penthouse units are now selling within Omega, Bonita Bay’s newest and final luxury tower. The 26-story high-rise offers your choice of four different penthouse residences, in addition to more than 60 other tower residences. Pre-construction priced starting at $6.5 million, the penthouse designs are said to rival the floor plans of estate homes, starting at upwards of 6,300 square feet. Located on the building’s 25th and 26th stories, each of the four penthouse units also comes complete with another 1,700 square feet of outdoor space. With five-bedrooms, the floor plans also allow room for a den, a great room with a fireplace and walls of windows. In addition, some units supply a double island kitchen with volume ceilings and sweeping views of the Gulf and Estero Bay. Designed to attract buyers used to large family estate homes, the penthouse units also come with the convenience of a maintenance-free lifestyle, without giving up the space. New buyers can expect to find such high-end extras as designer appliances and fixtures, upgraded cabinetry and granite or quartz countertops. Other extras of living in Omega include access to a private rooftop amenity deck and a private three-car garage. In addition, the building features a catering kitchen, conference room, fitness center and a billiards room. In addition, the property will supply a swimming pool and spa, plus a half-dozen cabanas.
