Omega at Bonita Bay Offers Luxurious Hi-rise Living
For luxurious, high-rise living, Omega at Bonita Bay certainly delivers. This 27-story tower rises above Estero Bay and the Gulf, presenting some impressive waterfront views and abundant amenities.
The new construction building is the final tower to come to Bonita Bay and includes more than 60 private residences. While most of the homes are tower residences, the property also includes four penthouse units.
While it’s not uncommon to find tower residences featuring more than 4,000 square feet of living space, a penthouse unit can easily top 6,000 square feet of living space under air, which doesn’t even account for the outdoor space.
A penthouse unit at Omega offers its own private rooftop terrace. It’s common for the residences to feature at least three-bedrooms plus a den and 3.5-baths, but there are also some floorplans with four-bedrooms plus a den and 4.5-baths.
A penthouse unit may include five bedrooms plus a den and 5.5-baths. It’s standard for the homes of Omega to come with a mix of tile, wood, and stone flooring, as well as designer cabinetry, granite or quartz countertops, and upgraded appliances, with an island kitchen.
As for some of the shared amenities, Omega at Bonita Bay features a fitness center, steam room, and locker rooms, along with a theater, a swimming pool with beach entry and cabanas, and views overlooking the golf course. Other options include a putting lawn, a fire pit with seating, and some grills on the exterior amenity deck.
The lobby level adds in a social room with a bar, a full prep kitchen, some guest suites, and a Grand Salon. Additionally, the tower includes a 24-hour staffed front desk, a library and card room, and a game room.
Of course, living in Bonita Bay also means shuttle access to a private beach park on Little Hickory Island. A Bonita Bay Club membership additionally tacks on tennis, and there are five championship golf courses.
