Oasis Tower II Now Selling

Redesigned luxury condos are now selling in Fort Myers, with the very first round of condos available for new buyers within Oasis Tower II. The property sits right on the Caloosahatchee River, with eventual plans calling for more than 230 private units to go up for sale. First constructed in the late 2000s as apartments, the units of Oasis Tower II had previously only been available for rent. Now with a renewed focus on growth and revitalization, especially in the River District, comes renewed interest in delivering more luxury condo units to the area. For now just eights condo units are being released at a time for sale, with options for the eventual sale of many of the remaining units within the 32-story tower.
