A new building of townhomes and flats has been completed in the award-winning Paseo community located in Fort Myers. The 2014 Community of The Year is nearing the completion of final construction within Paseo, its fourth and final courtyard complex with 12 new townhomes. There are still residences available for sale in the community as well as move-in ready homes, although construction is scheduled for completion this year. The Paseo homes are nicely located just steps to nearby Paseo Village Center, available to all residents. Paseo’s Village Center includes top award-winning design for its resort-style pool and large spa. Amenities, in addition to the pool, include a full-service Concierge, an Internet café, a coffee shop, fitness center, spa services, a bistro, a pub, 90-seat theater with elevated seating, ice cream parlor, library, and business center. The Sports Center at Paseo includes lighted tennis courts, four bocce ball courts, a fishing pier and a basketball court. The Lifestyle Park at Paseo features four huts with seating for shade, a sand volleyball court, grilling areas, pickle ball courts, horseshoe pits, and a children’s grass play area. Ten individual floor plans are available to homebuyers for flats and townhomes. The large open courtyard townhomes enjoy a front porch for each residence that overlooks the courtyard, and provides children with a safe place to play. The garage is in the rear of the home. The landscaped courtyard will feature a pool, a brick paver deck with barbeque grills, and a furnished deck with comfortable patio lounge furniture. Flats and townhomes feature 2 and 3 –story designs with 2-4 bedrooms, and 2-3 bathrooms, ranging in size from 1,227-2,084 square feet, and 1-2 car garages. Prices begin in the low $200,000s. Paseo also offers casitas, featuring 2-3 bedrooms, 2 ½-3 bathrooms, ranging in size from 1,531-2,080 square feet. Six floor plans are available. The casitas are maintenance-free with the privacy of a single-family home built around a common driveway. The gated entry welcomes residents to Paseo. From Daniels Parkway, head west to I-75 at exit 131, and turn north at Palomino Lane. Go 1.5 miles and turn left on Penzance Boulevard. Paseo is on the right.
