New Northridge Neighborhood Grand Opening at Babcock Ranch
Three new decorated model homes are now on display at the new Northridge neighborhood of Babcock Ranch. The new neighborhood just held its grand opening, where some of the very first visitors were able to tour the model homes.
Constructed exclusively by Pulte, the homes of Northridge come in single and two-story floorplans, with views overlooking lakes, landscaped areas, and nature preserves. There are 13 different floorplans for buyers to consider, typically ranging from 1,400 to 4,600 square feet of space.
The homes of Northridge come with two- to six-bedrooms, up to six-baths, and at least a two-car garage. One of the new model homes is the Hanover with an open floorplan including a dining area, a large gathering room, and a kitchen with a center island that leads to a covered lanai.
The next model is larger, with two-floors of living space, including a first-floor owner’s suite plus a flex room that could be used as another guest suite or a study. The Whitestone offers a loft on the second floor and around 2,800 square feet of living space.
The third model home is a versatile floorplan with a flex room, a formal dining space and a gourmet kitchen. The Easley model home has a three-car, tandem garage that is currently being used as the neighborhood’s sales center.
Living in Northridge means living close to the many amenities of Babcock Ranch, including The Lakehouse with its pool and playground, plus the bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, and tennis courts of Jack Peeples Park. There’s also, of course, Founder’s Square, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, a lakeside boardwalk and more in Babcock’s walkable downtown area.
The new Northridge neighborhood sits off Greenway Boulevard, close to two of Pulte’s other neighborhoods. When finished, the new neighborhood will include more than 300 new homes.
