New Construction Near FGCU

With the ongoing growth in student population at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), housing around the university has become very tight in recent years.  One option many parents are considering is buying a place in the area for their child to live while attending FGCU.  While their are many established neighborhoods near FGCU, another option to consider is investing in a new home or condo in the area. Three new gated communities offer easy access to FGCU for courses and seminars, as well as Fort Myers, Naples and Coconut Point Mall and, of course, some of Florida’s most famous white sand beaches.
