New Construction at Banyan Bay in Fort Myers

The unfinished South Fort Myers gated community of Banyan Bay is being completed by national Builder D R Horton.  About 25 homes were built at Banyan Bay by Ryland Homes before they exited the Fort Myers market.  The communities infrastructure including utilities, pool and gate are in place. Banyan Bay features three lakes and new construction lakeside homesites are currently available.  New construction prices start in the low $200,000s for homes that are about 1,800 SF.
