Marina Bay Boasts Lakes and Water-themed Amenities

A waterfront lifestyle is certainly coveted, especially in Southwest Florida. You’ll find that and more when you take your home search to Marina Bay. This Fort Myers community of attached villas and single-family homes may be miles away from the Gulf and the Caloosahatchee River, but it is home to an impressive 16 lakes for those interested in water views.

There are several water-themed amenities at Marina Bay too, including a large resort pool, a nearby lap pool, and a splash zone for younger residents. Additional amenities include a clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness room and aerobics studio, a tot lot, tennis courts and pickleball courts.

As well, residents can play some basketball in the indoor sport court, hang out around the large screen TV in the social room, or make use of the catering kitchen. Other options include pool-side cabanas and a fire pit in the lifestyle community.

Residents have the option of renting out the community’s party pavilion, its multipurpose room, its social hall, or its kitchen for private gatherings and events. There are close to 800 homes in Marina Bay, including around 20 different designs from GL Homes.

The residences of Marina Bay typically range from around 1,400 square feet of living space to upwards of 4,000 square feet of space. Options include attached villas and single-family homes, with several different home collections to choose from.

While some of the smallest floorplans include two-bedrooms, there are also some six-bedroom homes that sometimes come on the market in Marina Bay with up to five-baths and up to a three-car garage. The homes come in either a single-story or a two-story layout.

You’ll find Marina Bay close to I-75 and Treeline Avenue. The development sits a short drive away from shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as local conveniences in the Treeline Corridor section of Fort Myers.
