Right on the water overlooking the Caloosahatchee River is a piece of paradise. Exciting new changes to
downtown Fort Myers as it welcomes
The Marina at Edison Ford, a new downtown destination. The Marina is now open and gives you a good reason to dock your boat and dine. With a grand opening last week, the Marina opened in the spot previously occupied by the Royal Palm Yacht Club. Here you can pull up to the popular Southwest Florida Pincher’s Crab Shack by boat or car.
The ground floor will be mostly used for private events for up to 250 people and catering. Next-door neighbor Edison & Ford Estates will be soon be offering catering with their onsite events by partnering with Pincher’s Crab Shack. The Marina is available for guests to rent and dock overnight or the weekend. Guests can view stunning photographs of Old Florida on the ground floor by Florida photographer Alan Maltz.
The second floor houses Pincher’s Crab Shack’s latest location---and the first in downtown Fort Myers---featuring spectacular view of the Caloosahatchee River, a full bar, raw bar as well as indoor and outdoor seating. It is now serving lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The Marina at Edison Ford will soon offer trips for cruises through Captiva Cruises leaving from the Marina every Wednesday. Other activities are being planned. The Marina at Edison Ford is located at 2360 W. First Street in downtown Fort Myers or Marker 54 by boat.
