The newest neighborhood in Cape Coral's mater-planned Sandoval community is called Maravel. This intimate enclave features 138 single-family homes sited around several of Sandoval's beautiful lakes.
The Maravel community is being constructed by respected national builder Taylor Morrison with prices currently starting in the $160s. Maravel residents have use of the Sandoval resort-style amenities including Club Sandoval and high speed internet and cable are included in the HOA master fee which is currently set at $168/month.
