Fort Worth-based national home builder D.R. Horton has bought 62 new home lots in the Magnolia Landing community in North Fort Myers for $1.21 million, or $19,556 per parcel. D. R. Horton has been building golf course villas in Fort Myers since 2009. The beautiful Magnolia Landing gated country club community features both single-family homes and duplexes. The stunning greens and fairways of Magnolia Landing are in a natural setting of pine forests and oak groves. Magnolia Landing’ amenities include a championship golf course (with optional golf memberships), clubhouse, fine and casual dining, fitness center, and a pool. Overlooking the 9th and 18th greens, there is a grille, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and personal service. Only a limited number of golf memberships are available. The single-family homes in Magnolia Landing feature 2-3 BR/2-3 BA, and range in size from 1,554-2,583 SF, starting at $173,990. The single-family homes come with upscale upgrades like tile roofs and paved driveways. Currently, both new and resale homes are available at Magnolia Landing. Here is a resource to learn more about the community and view active Magnolia Landing real estate listings.
