Luxury High-rise Grandview Now open on Fort Myers Beach
A new, luxury condo building is now officially open on Fort Myers Beach. Developers of Grandview at Bay Beach recently held a grand opening for the 11-story condo tower.
Some of the first residents, however, are already there, as they started moving into the tower in August. In all, there are 58 luxury residences that make up Grandview tower.
Each residence includes at least three-baths and either three- or four-bedrooms. Buyers will also find front patios and terraces, as well as dens for flexibility.
Nearly three-quarters of the units have already been sold, but there are still some units with three-bedrooms available, as well as some units with four-bedrooms. Typically, the condos range from around 2,400 square feet of living space to upwards of 2,900 square feet of space.
The penthouse units come with a private two-car garage and high ceilings. All units, however, offer dedicated garage parking as well as private elevator access.
Condos at Grandview are priced starting in the $1 million range. Shared amenities include an outdoor community kitchen will grills, fireplaces, and seating, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, which is shared with a neighboring condo building.
As well, you’ll find a raised spa and an indoor fitness center and yoga studio. Other options include an indoor lounge club with a large television and bar. The building additionally offers two guest suites.
Grandview marks the final building to be constructed as part of the Waterside at Bay Beach community. Construction was delayed somewhat due to covid and hurricane related setbacks.
The larger development offers its own amenities, including some jogging and walking paths. The planned Bay Beach Commons will add in bocce, tennis, and pickleball courts to the community. The Grandview condo building sits just off Bay Beach Lane and overlooks Estero Bay from the southern end of Estero Beach.
