Luxury at Babcock Ranch in New Waterview Landing Neighborhood

While Babcock Ranch itself is a truly revolutionary new community, there’s a sense of heightened luxury in the greater community’s new Waterview Landing neighborhood. This Toll Brothers community sits on a peninsula and consists of less than new 100 luxury homes with water views.

The homes of Waterview Landing look out over Lake Babcock and a conservation area, but there’s also an interior lake in the community. Kayaking and canoeing is possible out on Lake Babcock. Meanwhile, younger residents of Babcock Ranch have the advantage of attending school close to home, at either Babcock Neighborhood School or Babcock High School.

Waterview Landing is one of more than a dozen different communities in Babcock Ranch. While some of the neighborhoods already exist, others are still in the works.
