Luxury Along the Caloosahatchee River

With easy access to a variety of waterfront activities, Water’s Edge also offers luxury alongside the Caloosahatchee River. The waterfront community not only enjoys direct boating access to the Gulf, but also fishing and other watersports.

One of the things that sets Water’s Edge apart is its private waterfront park. This includes a 600-foot pier extending out into the river with space for fishing.

You’ll find homes right on the lake, plus other homes bordering the river, marina and park. Luxury homes in Water’s Edge are sometimes priced topping $2 million, where it’s not uncommon to find at least four bedrooms, a private swimming pool and even a summer kitchen.
