An outstanding five new home designs are now available within the Lindsford community of Fort Myers. This gated community of single-family homes, twin villas and townhomes from DR Horton now provides for an even larger number of options for new homebuyers. Starting at around 1,600 square feet in size, The Aria floor plan also enjoys three-bedrooms and two-baths, priced starting in the mid-$200,000s. Priced similarly is The Eastham, a slightly larger floor plan that also includes three-bedrooms. Meanwhile, The Cali floor plan allows for around 1,800 square feet of comfortable living space and four-bedrooms, while The Cairn is priced starting in the upper $200,000s, with around 2,000 square feet of living space. The largest new home design is The Denton, with around 2,300 square feet, priced starting at just under $300,000. The Lindsford community additionally presents such added community amenities as tennis courts and basketball courts as well as a catering kitchen and a fishing pier.
