Already with a series of luxury condos to its name, JAXI Builders is truly making waves in other parts of South Florida, as well. The Doral-based company is the force behind Allure, the dual 32-story residential towers slated to go in on the banks of Caloosahatchee River in Downtown Fort Myers. Construction on Allure could begin in early 2017, with the nearly 200 condos priced ranging from $300,000 to $1 million. Top-notch amenities offered within the luxury condo development are said to include a rooftop garden and an infinity-edge swimming pool, overlooking the waterfront. While Allure has a target completion date several years away, JAXI Builders has a more aggressive date in mind for a complimentary project going in next door, likely also starting construction in 2017. One Allure will only stand 15-stories high and will include just 24 units, but it will likely be finished by late 2018. The company maintains the project is to appeal to interested buyers who want the amenities and the location, but are ready to move in much sooner than what the larger development can offer. Even more luxury features are planned at this location, with condos priced ranging from the high $500,000s to around $2.7 million. There are two penthouses going in at One Allure, plus other units will range from 1,600 to 3,900 square feet in size. All of the homes are set to deliver such upgraded finishes as quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows and large balconies. Together the two projects put JAXI Builders squarely in the middle of Downtown Fort Myers development projects. The company is also behind the completion of the Bella Casa condominium projects, located just off Daniels Parkway, and the development of Majestic Palms, 80 units located near the beach. As well, JAXI maintains several Miami-Dade residential projects, such as the luxurious Merrick Manor condos, located in Coral Gables.
