Infinity at The Colony Breaks Ground

A new luxury high-rise is coming to Bonita Springs, as crews recently broke ground on the new Infinity at the Colony in Pelican Landing. The new tower will eventually stand 22-stories high and offer a new, upscale, and amenity-rich option for condo buyers in Bonita Springs.

This is the first of two towers planned for the gated Colony community. Infinity will be the first such tower built there in a number of years. Already, the building is selling quickly.

Plans call for nearly 100 new residences when the building is complete with nearly a half-dozen different floor plans, typically ranging from around 3,000 square feet of living space to some units with more than 4,000 square feet of living space. Buyers can expect to find new condos with large owners’ suites, dining areas, some private elevator, foyers, and island kitchens.

You will also find condos that include an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and sliding glass doors that overlook fantastic views of the Gulf. As for some of the shared community amenities, the Infinity tower will eventually include several swimming pools and plunge pools, as well as a nine hole, putting golf course, some bocce ball and pickleball courts, and even a dog park.

There will also be a poolside café, plus inside the building, it will feature a social room, some guest suites, a game room, and a fitness center. In addition, residents of Infinity will gain access to a beach park on Big Hickory Island.

There will also be the opportunity to utilize a kayak park and dine at the private Bay Club on Estero Bay. Membership opportunities at The Colony Golf & Country Club will be available for an additional fee.

The country club features an 18-hole golf course, a golf shop, tennis facilities, and dining options. You will find Infinity at the Colony close to US 41 and Coconut Road in Bonita Springs. The Ronto Group is developing the new high-rise along with Wheelock Street Capital.
