Many consider High Point Place to be the premium Fort Myers waterfront high-rise development. This 32-story project is the tallest building between Tampa and Miami and is located in a very walkable location the closest to Downtown Fort Myers. The views over the wide Caloosahatchee River are stunning from High Point units. This has been a busy year for High Point Place with 25 high-rise units selling in 2011. With a total of 255 tower condos, just under 10% of High Points 255 tower units have changed owners. The low sale of $252,000 was for a bank-owned unit on the 18th floor and the high sale of $476,120 was for a new developer-owned unit on the 32nd floor. The average selling price per Sq. Ft. at High Point Place in 2011 in $156.
